I have worked with AOS for 10 years. Why not get paid for what the customer orders anyway? It is a good deal, for you the vendor, to stay in the loop on all orders. AOS tells you where and when the lines will be delivered. If there is a problem when AT&T turns on the lines, one call (never going to voicemail) to AOS takes care of the situation. How many times have you let your customer order lines themselves? It is a disaster most of the time. I call AOS and prep them with the customer’s needs and AOS takes over from there.
